The Alfapetro Head Office Project is a mixed-used high rise building on the Spintex Road, Accra that enjoys a unique combination of tranquility of a landed commercial lifestyle with the facilities of condominium. There is a clear strategy of ordering Nature to the planning of the Architecture.

In respect of the commercial mixed-use context this scheme consists of four Storey building with terrace gardens, the facade is designed to be a garden that enhances the lushness of the roadside landscape, extending in layers into the development.  Layers of gardens creates the ambience giving depth and richness blurring the physical boundary of the site with the roadside landscape.

The building also accommodates a sub-basement car parking space meeting the parking requirement of the spaces created also designed to be comparable in scale with the target neighborhood, in the form of striations, textures and patterns. This theme is carried throughout the Architecture as well as in the Landscape design.  Nature is always brought into the building through reflections, shadow play, in the courtyard, through the carefully framed windows creating different viewpoints.

There is always a sense of space progressing vertically as well as extending out to the exterior, bringing the outdoors indoor.
