“Casa Junior” is a robust urbane private villa, yet also depicting a subtly audacious hybrid typology of modern middle-class housing with a band bridging both the east and west. Its iconic blend of vernacular and modern features of a courtyard and swimming pool respectively creates an urban tropical home environment. This project is under construction using high-quality local materials and sophisticated local expertise, making the most of its setting and context, deriving serenity from the heart of the house to its surroundings. the design process yielded a timeless blend of modernity and nature with beautiful garden spaces hidden on the top of the first floor and roof terraces. This gives a reminder that sometimes the nature talks to us, only if we listen.
