Mr. Bernard Cole Baffour, President of Avalanche Design & Build Gh. Ltd. is an architect and urban sustainability researcher. He is responsible for the management of the firm’s day to day operations. He coordinates strategic planning efforts that provide direction for the firm’s future growth. In addition to assisting clients with new project planning and development, he leads the technical and design team and oversees the legal and financial operations of the company.

Mr. Cole Baffour has personally been involved in the planning, design, construction, and implementation of more than 200 facilities with total square footage in excess of 25 million square feet.

Prince DANQUAH

CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Innovative, dedicated and highly enthusiastic Ghanaian Civil Engineer who enjoys solving technical structural engineering challenges with the skills gathered from training and experience. Registered Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GHIE). Highly committed to exceeding expectation and delighting the client irrespective of the size and complexity of the project being executed. Highly experience in the design and supervision of both residential and commercial structures to meet the needs of clients.

Proficient in the usage of the current state of the art structural engineering analysis and design software such as STAAD Pro. Tekla Structures, SAP 2000 and Prota Structures and also detailing software such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit and Tekla Structures.  Committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement of my skills.

Excellent understanding of the current structural design codes such as the BS standards and the recent European codes.

She excels at applying practical solutions to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Ilona approaches every project with rigour, as she believes thoroughness is key to creativity and problem-solving. Ilona’s passion for functional yet captivating spaces, combined with her expertise in BIM and green design make her a wonderful asset to both AD & Build and our clients

Eccles Yaa Atandzi joined Avalanche Design & Build Gh. Ltd in 2022 as the Construction Materials and Admixtures shop Manager. Eccles manages products supply chain and retail of our products. She utilizes her specialized customer friendly skills to communicate and guide customers through the product selection process in guaranteeing customers satisfaction.

Enoch DAMTE

PROJECT MANAGER

Enoch Damte has an impeccable academic record, including a BA (First Class) in Geography & Resource Development with Sociology and an MPhil in Climate Change & Sustainability Science from the University of Ghana, Legon. Enoch’s intellectual prowess and acuity is complemented by his passion for architectural designs, construction, and commercial acumen.

Enoch has played a key role in the successful execution of some of our projects, thus overseeing every aspect, including planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. Prior to joining the ADB team in 2020, Enoch worked as a teaching and research assistant at the Department of Geography and Resource Development, University of Ghana.Mr. 

Ronnie OFORI

PROJECTS COORDINATOR

Mr. Ofori has a background in Agric Engineering from KNUST. He has always been fascinated with construction project management in delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Over the past couple of months he has spearheaded the implementation of varied projects of different scales and sizes with Design Avalanche. As a result oriented individual he executes his duties with dedication and timeliness with a strong desire to grow and contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s real estate industry.

Louis Kofi AGBEYIBOR

SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN

Louis as a senior Draughtsman at Avalanche Design & Build Gh. Ltd. is responsible for the production of working drawings. He is well-versed in the use of Automated Computer-Aided Design Systems (AutoCAD) producing professionally detailed structural drawings to successfully manage the construction of sustainable projects. Louis is also involved in the development of new projects from planning phases through design, permitting, and project completion.

Louis has been working with Avalanche Design & build executive team since 2010 and has been personally involved in the design and construction of over 200 facilities.

Joseph WELBECK

Mr. Welbeck is a trained Draughtsman and construction technician. With years of experience in architectural Draughtsmanship, he’s executed several production drawings for Avalanche Design & Build Gh Ltd. As a detail-oriented individual, His understanding of Automated Computer-Aided Design Systems (AutoCAD), facilitates his delivery of expertly produced structural and architectural working drawings. Joseph is also involved in project implementation and site supervision at Avalanche Design & Build Gh. Ltd

Bismark OBENG

DRAUGHTSMAN

Bismark is an architectural Draughtsman at Avalanche Design & Build Gh. Ltd. He is responsible for the production of working drawings. With a background in IT, He is versed in the use of Revit Architecture software in producing detailed architectural production drawings. Bismark is also involved in the visualisation of projects 3D with optimum quality.

Lawrence ASHUN

SITE ENGINEER

Lawrence is an Alumnus of Takoradi Technical University. He joined Avalanche Design and Build Gh. Ltd. with 7 years of experience in construction practice. He is an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task.
Lawrence is responsible for preparing Bills of quantities, material schedules and project programming He is also responsible for supervising projects to meet the required standard.
